Our performance was supported by targeted
investments in innovation across Global Lifestyle
and Global Housing that continue to elevate customer
experiences, drive efficiencies across our operations,
and strengthen outcomes for partners and their
customers while reinforcing the foundation for longterm value creation. In 2025, we also expanded our
presence in retail service contracts and multi-appliance
protection, laying the operational groundwork to
broaden our capabilities and enter adjacent markets.
This continued in early 2026 with the launch of
Assurant Home Warranty.

industry-leading protection solutions, and a proven
track record of successful channel expansion to
launch Assurant Home Warranty. Through a new,
long-term relationship with Compass International
Holdings, a global real estate services company,
Assurant Home Warranty is now available to affiliated
agents across participating Compass brands, including
Coldwell Banker  , CENTURY 21  , Better Homes and
Gardens   Real Estate, ERA  , Corcoran  , and Sotheby   s
International Realty  .
This launch represents a meaningful evolution of our
home protection portfolio into the real estate channel.
Building on decades of global warranty experience
across mobile, auto, and the home, we are applying
our scale, operational discipline, and trusted client
relationships to support homeowners, brokerages
and real estate professionals. Assurant Home
Warranty is designed to simplify a historically complex
category, delivering a customer-first claims experience
with high-touch support that makes coverage more
transparent, reliable, and efficient for homeowners,
agents, and brokerages.
Assurant Home Warranty helps buyers manage
financial risk while providing sellers and agents with
a practical way to attract buyers, support transactions
through closing, and protect long-term client
relationships. Our purpose-built agent portal designed
to fit naturally into workflows increases efficiency,
supported by a nationwide service network and
dedicated customer care to ensure a dependable

in 2025, driven by growth from Connected Living and

In Connected Living, targeted investments made
in 2024 supported mid-single digit earnings growth
and expansion across several key client programs.

Continued Outperformance
Assurant   s performance in 2025 extends its record
of long-term growth and strong returns. Since 2020,
we have increased Adjusted EBITDA by more than
$700 million, excluding catastrophes,1 representing
approximately an 11% compound annual growth rate.

through new protection offerings, expanded logistics

in retail extended service contracts and financial
services. This included the expansion of appliance and
electronics protection programs and growth in card
benefits offerings.
Global Automotive
Global Automotive delivered earnings growth in what
was a pivotal year for the business. We expanded
our presence with national dealer groups, third-party
administrators, and international original equipment
manufacturers, now protecting 57 million vehicles
globally, representing an increase of nearly 2 million
year-over-year.
